Pizza Lulū delivery guarantee and conditions
- Delivery guarantee applies only to pizzas.
- Delivery guarantee applies to an order of maximum 2 pizzas.
- The minimum order amount within the 49 - minute delivery zone is € 8.99 + € 4.00 delivery fee.
- The minimum order amount within the 49 - minute delivery zone without the delivery fee is € 30.00.
- Guarantee does not apply to orders placed to arrive at a pre-arranged time.
- Guarantee does not apply to orders with a value of 0.00 €.
- The 49-minute delivery is a period of time expressed as: from 00:00 (zero minutes and zero seconds) to 49:59 (forty nine minutes and fifty nine seconds).
- The 69-minute delivery is a period of time expressed as: from 00:00 (zero minutes and zero seconds) until 01:09:59 (one hour nine minutes and fifty nine seconds).
- Delivery countdown starts when the delivery operator confirms the time of accepting the order and stops when a delivery worker calls the client back to notify them that the driver has arrived at the specified address.
- Delivery countdown starts when the client receives an order confirmation e-mail or SMS and stops when the driver has arrived at the address and has marked the order status "Driver has arrived". You can follow the status of the order by opening the link, which is sent together with the confirmation sms.
- The 49- and 69-minute guarantee may be extended or revoked in certain areas if the nearby pizzeria is closed or delivery orders are not accepted there.
- Pizza Lulū has the right to suspend the guarantee in the event of severe weather, natural disasters and/or communication or technical breakdown.
- Pizza Lulū has the right to change the rules for the 49-minute delivery guarantee or time without prior notice and the 49-minute delivery guarantee is valid if the products are in the pizzeria.
If at the time of delivery the driver is unable to hand over the order to the customer due to circumstances beyond the control of Pizza Lulu (the customer cannot be reached at the specified address and cannot be called to the specified phone number), then he has the right to leave the address and return the products to the pizzeria.
Customers who have paid for their order via electronic banking systems (BankLink or
other payment systems) and have not received their product for reasons not dependent
on Pizza LuLū, as well as customers who have violated the terms and failed to comply
with the provisions of the subparagraphs thereof, shall not be refunded.
