• 1993: A company called SIA “Later LTD” is established with the aim of creating a new type of company in Latvia’s dining industry – one which offers pizzas and pizzerias that are in line with Italian, American and Canadian traditions, pizzerias with a lively and colourful interior.
  
• 1994: The first pizzerias were opened in Rîga, at Valdemâra Street 145/2, and at Ìertrûdes Street27. The pizzas and pizzerias became widely known under the name of “Lulu.”
  
• 1996: Pizza Lulu became the first pizzeria in Latvia to offer takeaway or delivered pizzas in stylish and heat-preserving cardboard boxes. Clients could use a fixed or mobile telephone (and, later, the Internet) to order their fresh and hot pizza whenever they wanted it, with deliveries in Rîga and its surrounding area.
  
• 1997: A new pizzeria was opened at Ðampçtera Street 180, alongside a Viada petrol station. This allowed people driving from Rîga to Jûrmala to stop by for a bite of pizza. This remains one of the most successful Pizza Lulu pizzerias.
  
• 1999: Pizza Lulu celebrated its 5th anniversary. J
  
• 2000: Net turnover exceeded half a million lats for the first time!
  
• 2001: Pizzerias were opened at the Alfa and Spice shopping halls.
  
• 2004: Pizza Lulu celebrated its 10th anniversary and marked the occasion with a charity project – 10 santîms from each large pizza sold during the course of 2004 were donated to the Paediatric Clinical University Hospital.
  
• 2004: Pizza dough management was introduced.
  
• 2004: Two pizzerias were renovated.
  
• 2004: A new quality control mechanism was introduced.
  
• 2004: The company’s structure was reorganised.
  
• 2005: The company launched its franchising system, and the first franchised Pizza Lulu pizzeria was opened at Maskavas Street 322 in Riga.
• 2005 : Opened new pizzeria at Olympia shopping centre in Riga, Āzenes street 5.
• 2005 : Pizzeria at G. Astras street 10, Purvciems was opened.
• 2007 : In february opened pizzeria in "Riga" airport departure zone.
• 2007 : On the 1st of July " LATER LTD" headquarters office moved to new premises in Riga, Tvaikonu street 1.
• 2008: Two pizzerias were renovated.
